With the recent security incidents on Zoom, we would like to assure you that we are taking every step possible to prevent unwelcome guests in our online sessions. We will be taking the following measures:

• Updating the software to have the latest security features.
• Enabling waiting rooms so that tutors can grant access only to valid pupils.
• Locking the meeting once all pupils are present.
• Control of screen sharing only by the tutor.
